Founded in 1992, Cisco Speciality Packaging (Pvt.) Ltd is a subsidiary company of CIC Holdings PLC, a renowned conglomerate in Sri Lanka, that is involved in various businesses including agriculture, healthcare, consumer goods, industrial solutions, and packaging.
Cisco Speciality Packaging specializes in the manufacturing and supplying of a wide range of high-quality packaging materials to meet the packaging needs of various industries. As a prominent player in the industry, the company offers solutions for rigid packaging, recycling and printing and labeling while specializing in the manufacturing of plastic containers for both domestic and export markets.
With a strong focus on delivering high-quality packaging solutions, we have established ourselves as a trusted provider in the industry. We utilize advanced technologies and modern machinery to produce superior packaging materials that meet international standards. Our products are in high demand, with approximately 50% supplied to manufacturers of Sri Lanka’s leading carbonated soft drink and mineral water brands. We also cater to the needs of the cosmetics and businesses, both within and outside of CIC Holdings.

This commitment to excellence has earned us the prestigious ISO 9001:2015 certification from the Sri Lanka Standards Institute. Additionally, we have been awarded the ISO 22000:2018 Quality Systems Certification and FSSC 22000 Food Safety System Certification by SGS, further demonstrating our adherence to rigorous quality standards. Our manufacturing operation is complied with SMETA Version 6 in respect of ethical, environment and safety aspects.
